The Zune itself is great (the battery dosen't last as long as they say, but it's not that big of a deal). It's simple, well built, and farily easy to use. On the other hand the software is total garbage. It displays albume incorrctly for about 20% of my MP3s. I have called Microsoft about it and no one could give me a straight answere why this is happening. As of yet there is no other software that will function with the Zune v3.0. The software is also useless for taging MP3s. If you have a large collection of MP3s think twice befor buying the Zune. It's sad that such a great peice of hardware has such crappy software and customer support.
