Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black) Order Now


I had an Apple Ipod and unfortunately I lost it! Well, I wanted to buy a new one, but then I chose Zune because i thought it was worth it to try... WRONG!!!!!

It's been only 2 months after I bought my Zune 120 GB. It was brand new, perfect... and all of the sudden, I have this "Message #5" on my screen, telling me to contact technical support. I tried everything to have it back, but nothing worked. I surfed the internet and found out that this error is a Hard Disk error.

As my Zune is still under warranty, then I tried to contact Microsoft. Uhhh, what a nightmare..... You need to have your invoice (who doesn't throw it away after a few days??), plus, not all the countries are elegible for receiving support. And if your zune warranty is expired, you won't receive any support, even if you're willing to pay for it!!!

Come on Microsoft!!!! Is that what you call customer service??? Give me a break. That's why you are where you are!!! It's not only about what you sell, but also what you offer as a plus... Obviously your marketing people are obsolete. This is why Apple is superior in many ways and will always be. My apple ipod had only 1 problem in 1 year and it was solve inmediately, it was only about software... hardware was always fine.
But Zune... the advantages I thought it has are nothing compared to this crappy customer service and flawful device... What a mistake...Get more detail about Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
