I got the Zune 120 GB, sure is pretty. It took two hours to download the Zune into my computer. I miss being able to scroll through the music I want like I can on my Sansa`s. You must create playlists and if you desire to hear a certain song while away from home, too bad. Also, after purchasing a CD and want to print the CD sleeve, there is no way I could find to print it. I am taking it back to the store. Customer service or support is non existent. Very annoying program, you must log into Zune to charge the battery on the player. I love my Sansa E280, and my Sansa Clip 8, the sound and convenience is phenomenol.
