I purchased the item over a month ago and I have still not received the item in the mail. I was told that the item would arrive by 4/20/2009 which came and went with no explanation or follow up email. I have always trusted Amazon purchases to arrive on or before the promised delivery date and so it surprises me that this purchase is causing me regrets. I am especially surprised with the lack of communications from the sub vendor. It there is a problem shipping my item I would expect to heard about it via email. Amazon emails continue to arrive asking me describe this purchase eperience. I have held off responding to allow enough time for the item to arrive. I can only hold back so long and so I am finally responding with this somewhat negative response bcause my patience is coming to and end. If I do not receive the item this week I will be forced to initiate a cancellation and a request for refund.
