I've had this Zune for about 6 months now, and I have been completely satisfied. However, I did have to return my first one to Microsoft because it had a small crack underneath the play button. Me being my Obsessive Compulsive self, I needed to have the product in perfect condition. After I received the new Zune Microsoft (their service is incredibly easy to navigate for the Zunes by the way) I purchased a 1~brand new ZUNE II 80G CRYSTAL CASE ~CLEAR for an incredibly good price and I have not had any problems with it since then.
