The Zune itself is great.
Our issue is with the ordering process. We ordered the Zune using the free shipping (5 to 7 business days). It appeared that the order was not processed for 4 days and then was shipped. (Regular shipping did only take 3 days.) Just because we did not want to pay for overnight shipping, does not mean that the order should not be processed for several days.
