I purchased this Zune two months ago and this thing gives me a "5" Contact Support message and does not work. This started by the player sticking and skipping in certain spots. I payed a lot for this player and am very disappointed that I did not get what I payed for. I have to send this in and get a refurbished model and I am very mad about that since I did not buy it refurbished. I should have gotten the Ipod and now I know better since I am now in the market for a new player. I am so getting an Ipod because it's better and does not break as easy as that did and I did nothing to it! What a waste but I should have known because the same company came up with Vista and Windows Media Player 11! I am thinking about ditching everything Microsoft now and going with Macintosh because they have not let me down with their computers and now I am about to see what the Ipod does!Get more detail about Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
