I love the Zune in almost every way. It's easy to use, good sound quality and well made. I could do without the Zune software, it takes forever to load and has more bells and whistles than I need. I just want to transfer music, period. I don't need another msic organizer/library on my pc. I don't know why Microsoft doesn't make this so that you can use Media Player, Hello? Microsoft! The worst part is that the battery is VERY irratic. If I use it every day battery life is pretty good. But! If I don't use it for a few days the battery drains completely and it will not power on. Then, I have to charge it for hours, usually overnight, for at least 8 hours, before the battery is recharged fully. It is very frustrating to pick the Zune up, expecting to be able to listen to music only to find it completely dead and then, not be able to use it for a good 8 hours while it recharges. I have no idea what the heck it does that would cause the battery to drain completely while it is powered off.
