I bought an iPod 120GB for my wife for Christmas and I have been using it more than she. I found the screen very small, I didn't like the iTunes MS Vista software (didn't find it intuitive) and have an issue with Apples proprietary music format. So, after a lot of research I decided to buy myself the Zune 102GB, and it wins hands down over iPod 120GB. The larger screen is great not just for movies and photos, but also when making music selections while jogging (large font type). I have also used the FM radio at the gym, tuning into the TV stations. Two negatives that are not an issue for me: it can't be used as a USB drive and is slightly heavier than the iPod 120GB.
