I got the 120 GB Zune after owning a 4 GB for 2 years. I love it. I still use the smaller 4GB for carrying when I'm active, but I use this one for storing all of my music collection for listening at the house or in my car as well as some videos that I sometimes use at work or church. To me the software is much more user friendly than the itunes software (both of my daughters own Nanos).
