I was a bit anxious when I bought this Zune 120. I'd never owned a full mp3 player of any kind before, and while I'd done my homework, the thing that scared me the most about what I'd read was experts said the Zune software was not "intuitive." I'm not very tech savvy, though I do use tech at work and some minor tech (digital camera & its software; cell phone with camera, video and tiny mp3 player) at home.
Well, this Zune is tremendous! I've been having fun from the moment I took it out of the box. I've downloaded singles (something I swore I wouldn't do because I was sure it'd be too complex) and filed them in my own "singles" folder. I've learned, without recourse to "FAQS," how to make playlists and to have one album after the other play on loop. SO COOL! My students (I teach college) might not be awed that I'm using a Zune 120 (it's large), but the huge screen makes it possible for my middle-aged eyes to do amazing things with ease. Love, love, love it. If you're over fifty, I recommend it, especially.
