My wife and I share different views on portable media devices. She loves her iPhone (admittedly I have iphone envy at times) and I love my Zune. For now, this works for both of us. But I'm of the Portable media crowd, so I don't really desire to have all my eggs in a single iPhone basket. The sound quality of my zune makes my wife weep when compared to her iphone, btw. :)
about the only thing I find missing on the Zune (including the HD which is in my shopping cart as I write this) is the lack of bluetooth. Even with its limitations, being able to stream music from my wife's iphone to our car stereo over bluetooth can't be beat. I would love to have my zune be totally wireless as a option - even more so now that there are some affordable quality bluetooth stereo headphone available.
One last thought, as a portable media center my zune beats my wife's iPhone, hand down. Get more detail about Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
