The Zune is a well built piece of hardware. No complaints there. The software (mandatory) is an abomination. Intrusive, hard to use, unfriendly, lacking necessary features, and buggy.
If Microsoft thinks they are doing right by their customers, then they are truly insane. I would return it if I could.
