When I bought my Zune I immediatley loaded about 1400 songs and 1500 photos. I found the software very frustrating and hard to use. It scambled many of my music albums and dumping their contents into an "unknown album". After about 2 days use, the unit started giving errors when I started it up. I usually had to boot up a couple times before it would start up properly. At one point it would not start and announced that I must reload the firmware, which also resulted in the loss of all my music and photo inputs. I reloaded my music but shortly after that it announced to me that it was removing all contents on a start up attempt. I reloaded the music once again but it again a day later removed all contents after using it a couple times. I reloaded the music again and again it removed the contents on a start up. After a maddening week of this behavior, I bundled up the unit, returned it to the store, and exchanged it for an IPod Classic 7. I gave the unit 2 stars because its graphics and large screen is very good. The ergonomics is superior to the Ipod. I liked the FM radio feature. I think the Zune touch pad is easier to use than the IPod wheel which is awkward to me. It's just too bad the Zune unit was so buggy.Get more detail about Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
