I was trying to decide between the 120 zune and iPod, the radio tipped me over even though iPod brought back the 160 the week I ordered. I use it on my motorcycle (one of the reasons I wanted a radio), my car and at work. I have yet to have any problems. I have dropped it at least three times in the last month, and it has been vibrated pretty hard on the bike for at least 1000 miles in that time and it has not had any problem with durability (some reviews implied that it was very sensitive). I can't say it is better than an iPod, because I have not really used one, but I would buy my zune again without a second thought.
