I have one. Just got it in from repair. Hardware OK. Software is a Microsoft nightmare. Spent 1 hour trying to upload a disk. Zune lost the song names, cut off some of the songs. Zune has no import menu, like Ipod has. I also have a old Ipod. I strongly suggest you stick with Ipod. I wish I had.Get more detail about Zune 120 GB Video MP3 Player (Black).
